Neumann TLM 103 | Mazama Voiceover Studios

The Sound

Record in a completely deadened acoustic environment– Perfect for pure, dry vocals. Extremely low sound floor, and zero room reflection.

Mazama uses the Neumann TLM 103– a mainstay of the recording industry.

The Space

Mazama’s sunlit home studio has seating for 5 in addition to the performer. Our luxury building also boasts an elevator and central air conditioning.

Our space is more comfortable and more discreet than conventional recording studios– Perfect for high-profile talent who want to feel at home and out of the public eye.

The Engineer

Aaron Blanton is a Peabody / Telly / Ambie Award-winning Director and Sound Designer.

Aaron created Mazama Voiceover Studios to record his critically acclaimed cinematic fiction podcast What Happened in Skinner.

Realizing the need for a voiceover-specific recording studio safe from the acoustic chaos of NYC, he opened Mazama Voiceover Studios to the community. And the rest, as they say, is history.
